We got a TV.The
other one was broken. We've been limping
by with one channel2 for a year and a half with our half TV. Our viewing is a half hour of nature film prior to national news at
seven, and local news at seven
thirty. There is a program called Blob at Eight: a ten
minute group of film clips from the news and events.
That show before the news is geo e geo, a nature travel
show with the host Sveva who has been on for twenty-five years and still looks
the same. We might catch a half hour or twenty minutes of that. That is our TV,or was until we bought a new
set yesterday. The technicians delivered it, hooked it up.
At four in the afternoon I saw a 1950 cowboy movie with Rock
Hudson and Kirk Douglas and two women, both blondes, Dorthy Malone and Carol Lindley. Then from
nine PM until midnight I watched Jason Brourne run around a lot.
Today is day two of having a TV, and I'm thinking about
it. It's eight AM.
