word soup

My books Cargo and Hollywood Ways are out there...floating in the media soup. A lot of work and then what? I've read 'em, I lived 'em. So now what...do I have to organize a parade for the books? Call Opra? What to do?

I keep writing, putting things together. Things - is the operative word. I've been getting a book of short stories together, and a book for twenty-five years we've enjoyed in Rome. I think I've told you this already. I've so many notes and documents and files I'd have to check everything twice to be sure of anything, but that is how it goes.

I know this: The sun comes up, the sun goes down, and we're all doing the best we can. Enjoy the soup.
